Yellow-legged Black Pachygaster leachii  (Stephens in Curtis, 1824)
Another small and unobtrusive Soldier Fly, with a widespread distribution across most of Nottinghamshire. It is very similar to Pachygaster atra and can be distinguished from that species by the clear wings. Photographed at Netherfield Lagoons by Peter Smith in early July 2020.
