Bruchus loti (Paykull, 1800)
One of a number of seed-eating Chrysomelidae (leaf beetles), all Bruchus sp are easy to identify as Bruchus in the field, but difficult to correctly get to species. Bruchus loti was found in numbers by sweep-netting an area of vegetation containing an assortment of Vetches, at Warsop Main Pit Top in June 2013.
