Oblique Carpet Orthonama vittata (Borkhausen, 1794)
Very rare in Nottinghamshire, with just two records since 1990. There was a record from Bunny as long ago as 1996 (Marchant, M.) but another was recently attracted to light at Elkesley in early September (Coombes, P.). Grateful thanks to both Paul Coombes and Dave Morton for getting the moth to me for photographing.
